Where does ZZSLEEP LLC ship?

We currently ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We may also ship to P.O. Boxes and U.S. territories when carrier service is available.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over $30. Orders under $30 have a shipping fee of $5.95. Any shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. After shipment, estimated transit time is usually 2–5 business days(Mon-Fri). How can I track my order?

Return & Refund

What is your return window?

Who pays for return shipping?
