Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping rates:

  • Free shipping on orders over $30
  • $5.95 shipping fee on orders under $30

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We may also ship to P.O. Boxes and U.S. territories when carrier service is available. At this time, we do not ship internationally

Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM PST, Monday–Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday. Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare and hand over your order to the shipping carrier. It does not include the shipping transit time.

Estimated transit Time

Estimated transit time is usually 2–5 business days, Monday–Friday. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment. You can track your order through the tracking link or our order tracking page.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will offer a suitable resolution in accordance with our Return & refund Policy.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and before the order has been processed. Once an order has been shipped, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

ZZSLEEP LLC is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
