Return and refund policy

At ZZSLEEP LLC, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the return and refund terms below before submitting a request.
1. Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Returned with any tags, seals, inserts, or accessories where applicable
- Supported by a receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase
Returns requested after 30 days from delivery may not be accepted.
2. Hygiene and Safety Conditions
Because our products are personal-use hygiene items, opened or used products are generally not eligible for return. Opened or used products may only be considered for a refund or replacement if the item arrives damaged, defective and incorrect.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products without original packaging
- Products returned after the 30-day return period
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear after delivery
- Shipped subscription orders, unless defective, damaged, or incorrect
4. Subscription Orders
Subscription orders may be canceled before the next billing cycle. Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it is generally non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. 5. How to Request a Return
All returns must be reviewed and approved before the product is sent back.

Please include the following details:
- Full name
- Order number
- Email address used for the order
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Clear photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
After reviewing your request, we will provide the next steps by email. Please do not send any product back without return approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
6. Return Method, Shipping Label & Return Address
For approved returns by mail, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label.
After your return is approved, you can:
- Download the return label
- Print the label
- Attach it securely to the return package
- Send the package by mail to the return address

Please pack the item carefully to help prevent damage during return shipping.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
A prepaid return label may be provided for approved returns. If the return is due to a change of mind, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, ZZSLEEP LLC will cover the return shipping cost.
8. Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee for approved returns.
9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible at support@zzsleeptape.us
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. After verification, we may offer a replacement, a refund or another appropriate resolution based on the situation.
10. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
11. Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. If a prepaid return label is used for a change-of-mind return, the return label cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
12. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges for all products. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@zzsleeptape.us so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate next steps.
13. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@zzsleeptape.us
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you may follow the standard return process after receiving the order, if the product is eligible for return.
